This is exactly what we had in mind for our vacation in Puerto Rico. We wanted to stay away from the more touristy/resort vibe in San Juan and this fit the bill perfectly. A short walk from the beach, and plenty of other things to do close by. Best feature is the terrace where we spent a lot of our time when we were not out sight seeing.
