I love this hotel because the inside of the rooms/lofts is really cool and nice. The staff is really cool and nice too. It has a great balcony with a washer/dryer which is so convenient, but the only issue with it is, I had to kill a medium sized and baby sized cockroach at least 2-3 times a day. I don’t care though it seems to be the problem with all of china, but aside that issue this hotel is great!

The apartment hotel is well located and surrounded with many restaurants and shops. Also a shuttle was offered once a day the the canton fair. Location in google maps is wrong and the hotel was therefore very hard to find. The hotel should fix that. Our apartment room was not clean! Wifi was very slow. The whole building is quite old. The windows are so noisy that you can hear each car.

I booked their business suite; on arrival I was told that rooms of the type I booked were all full but they would upgrade my room, but in fact it was a room of their cheapest type with wet floor cleaned just a couple of minutes back. After my complain they showed me a room which I was more or less satisfied with, but a bit later I found that the Wi-Fi access point was opened (not secured at all), and did not work as well. I called for someone who could help me (BTW from my celly, 'çause the room phone did not work too), they were trying to fix it for about 30 minutes. Being quite exhausted, I asked them just to give me a password from a nearby room Wi-Fi point, or give me another room and stop this mess, but they said they would fix it in a moment. Finally a senior technician came in and failed too, and gave me the password from a nearby room (exactly as I asked them from the beginning). That's how they wasted one hour of my life. And yeah, Wi-Fi did not work fine in the whole room. I am a Gold member of Hotels.com and I have never had such a SHH..ocking service.

Location is convenient with restaurant, mall and subway within walking distance. Convenient store on site. There are 3 service apartments within the same building. Service wise can be improved.

Arrived to a room that smelled like cigarettes and cockroaches running all over the walls and floor. Paper towel on the shower floor and hair on the bathroom floor. Requested to be moved to another room which they did immediately. Next room didn't smell like smoke but still a few roaches running around - we bought bug spray from the mini mart downstairs. Bed was awful.

Pros and cons
Chinese style hotel which was adequate for our needs - we booked a 3 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and conveniently located however there are no kitchen utensils or crockery etc and you have to ask for this to be brought to your room. No toasters! A shower was not working in one of the bathrooms and the level of cleanliness was below par. The state of the common areas like hallways and lift areas are filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere and carpets that may never have seen a vacuum. That said we enjoyed the location and the apartment was great for 4 people. The IGC shopping Centre is across the road and there are many restaurants nearby. Train is close. Should we need a 3 bed apartment again we would consider. Very well priced. Great if you can turn a blind eye to cleanliness level.

Cockroach running around
Seen a cockroach running around and had some kind of water leak so there was a mushroom growing around it. Will be looking forward to getting some kind of credit for my stay. We killed at least 3 of the little critters Very disappointed.

Roaches
The three bed arrangement is good for us. But we slept on sofa bed that we can feel the springs. The stone around the sink has stains on. We found 4 small roaches crawling around the apartment.

Convenience location if you can stand cockroaches
This service apartment is located within 7-10min walk to Liede Station (Line5) in Tianhe Distrist. The newly opened IGC building is right next to it where the future extension of Liede station will be. Location is considered very desirable. Reception at the front counter is not that helpful and it is always busy! After checking in, the first thing I notice problem is cockroaches infestation. I called for house keeping right away. But, the problem did not get resolved before we took off in 8 days. I guess that is on going issue. This apartment is dated although it is not really old. Wi-fi is slow and not reliable. Other than that, it may not be a bad place. One major advantage for this place is it has a washer/dryer combo. It is a must for us who stay for more that a week.

in general notes: 1. you need to know there are NO DOORS in the big rooms, it's just like an apartment with 3 levels and one big open space. but NO doors, so no privacy, and can not make noise (tv, phone, etc) after the baby goes to bed 2. the beds are not comfy. too soft and jumpy. 3. hot water are enough for 5-6 minutes, and then need to wait 30 min until the next person can take a shower. if you are 3 ppl, this is a bit annoying. 4. the kitchen is VERY small and not really practical for cooking other things that are not salads. the goods points clean, nice service, big and spacious, good for a family, if you dont mind the no doors...located in the tian he area, which is good, reasonably priced. not sure i will stay again, as we DID mind the no doors

We are going to the canton fair and the hotel is near to the fair ground with provided transport so is great. Area is clean and quiet at night.Room is good size for the price. So is great what what we paid for

big room n comfort ,close to every things
nice n big size of room ,idea for family or more than 2 people, with kitchen and fridge but no pot or pan nor utensils until you ring to ask for it, ( you will expected that is included in service apartment internationally) the time we stay in Guangzhou was hot , there are no air conditioning in the lift nor the corridor only in the room. but I guess we can put up with it.

I have stayed at this hotel before. The cost has gone up considerably in a few months. The changed room several times. One had mold and pest issues. The others were ok, but the pest problem was disconcerting. Otherwise, it's convenient.
