The hotel said they don’t have any contact with ww

The hotel refused to accept the booking. I booked this hotel on 11th July. Next day morning when I arrived at the hotel, they refused to accept me booking, they said they don’t have connection with this website(www.hotels.com). Outside there was raining. They said I have to pay cash if I want to stay. But www.hotels.com already charged(USD75) me for that. I don’t know hotels.com will refund me or not. I tried to call several time but could not contact
