Noisy most nights till 3 - 4 am. Pillows and bed are too hard. Staff were excellent and very accommodating.

Location is a 10/10. Make sure to check the weather as the rooms do not have Air Conditioning and most rooms have only one small window for air circulation.

Location was excellent. Many site seeing places were within walking distance, many restaurants and stores were also available within the vicinity of the hotel. Very vivid and picturesque place to visit, definitely recommend.

Location was excellent!! Walking distance to everything. Issues: 1) TV remote not working and had to call for service, 2) key card deactivated twice and had to get it replaced, 3) mattress extremely hard to sleep on, 4) curtains too long with no way of pulling them back, and 5) no knee/leg space when sitting on toilet. Reception staff can be more welcoming.I would stay there again only because of the location.

Had a great experience, the staff was curious and helpful. The room was small but very clean. I wish the bed was soft because the mattress was very hard. Overall the I do recommend it due to it is close to everything you need.

This was my second time staying here. I returned because it is extremely convenient right in the city center. Only this time, the parking arrangements had changed. I drove my car to another location a bit far for my liking and had to walk it back. My suggestion, if the guest is comfortable; I certainly was, have the staff drive the guest car to the designated parking and not make the guest walk back. Otherwise, still loved my experience.

Overall the stay was good but a few areas that weren’t so good. There were no amenities offered. Had to go out and search within the area of the hotel. Preferable to have that offered with your stayed.

This property has the best location in town. with shopping,entertainment and dinning options within walking distance. Its not the quietest place due to the heavy traffic on centric street and big church ringing bells next to it. The parking is off premises witch makes it a little inconvenient but over all avery good stay.

They didn't allow me to get my room until 3pm. I arrived to the hotel at 6:30 am after traveling all night long and I have to go and search for another hotel to sleep.

Hotel is great. Location of hotel is great. Unfortunately, we stayed facing a night club that was blasting music so loud that the bed would vibrate when they opened the door. Night club is opened until 5am

This Hotel is centrally located in the town square, making it convenient to walk, shop and eat. However, had I read reviews of how loud it is in the rooms, I would have booked elsewhere. There is several clubs that play music, and all the students Hang outside making it extra loud. The hotel windows are single pane glass allowing all the noise from the outside. Our first night being a Monday, music ended around 3am, Tuesday night around 4am, had we booked a third night, I would have taken my family elsewhere. This place would have been perfect had they invested in new windows that sealed some of the outside noise. If you are here to party, then this is for you since you will be up all night, however, if you are a family visiting hoping to get a good nights rest after a day of site seeing, please look outside the city center. Easy access to main tourist point’s. Staff very friendly. A bit noisy at night since it is the start point for callejoneadas but definitely we will return.

This property exceeds my expectation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the facility and he was also a great! We had an issue with our truck and they assisted us right away! Great place, safe and secure.

Best choice I did for the first time coming to Guanajuato the hotel is really clean the view from my balcony was amazing the room was really spacious, I so recommend it everything is walkable from the hotel the staff was really friendly and helpful I would come back to this hotel
