Perfect location in a very noisy place

Perfect location. Joaquin was very responsive to aaaalll the issues that came up. From checking in, till the day we left. Broken toilets, clogged shower, tv that fell from the wall, water heater never worked, duty, not ready to check in apartment. We were offered another smaller apartment, electricity went off, moved us to two smaller apartments, never to add up to the 3 bdr we rented at the beginning. I stayed because i really needed that location and nothing else was available. I didnt expect anything for free, but didnt expect them to reduce the price to about the same amount as a 2 bdrd place.Anyway, if you can sleep with extremely loud music until about 3 am, location is great!!!
