Very clean and updated facility. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dining experience is excellent with great food. 24 security guards onsite. Not walking friendly, but plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Family friendly, kids loved the pool especially the palm trees felt like a real vacation. Called for service and was attended right away. Security in entrance watching out cars in parking and around the building made it feel safe. Casino in front was a plus.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and modern. The staff went above and beyond in their service. The restaurant provided exceptional service and quality, ethnic, food. Housekeeping was thorough and professional. We never used the safe. Downside, the location is near very busy streets, but we were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be staying there again.

This is a trashy hotel! Stay away from it!!! There are better hotels in the same area for the same price! And do not book through Expedia! Expedia has some description in their website about this hotel!! I made a reservation for my husband and once I payed and he got there he realized the description didn’t match Expedia’s, the room were dirty, extremely noisy, the bathroom smell like sewer and mold and the bedding was old,!! Then, after He spent just one night out of the whole reservation He checked out and the hotel decided not to issue a refund and Expedia did nothing!! Just don’t use Expedia and stay away from this trashy hotel!!

I'm not going to blame the hotel for my bad experience, Expedia is 100% responsible!!! I had to find another option and I was not able to get my money back, all I was offered was a slap in the the face, only $350.00 in an Expedia credit of the more than 2k I expend on the stay.
