it's was really nice and beautiful hotel with stunning river view . quite location and conviennent . may come back again if come to this part of switzerland . for me personally , the mattress is the room is a bit hard . if softer will be more comfortable . but everything else was what i needed.

This family-run hotel is perhaps a bit dated, but the service and the rooms are impeccable. All the staff are very warm and friendly. Nice little extra: they gave us free season tickets for the Leukerbad Therme (which is just a few minutes down the road) for the duration of our stay, which allowed us to visit the spa as many times and as often as we wanted, at no extra cost.

Firstly, driving here at night is scary, especially at 3am, but on a road-trip from London, that was unavoidable. Also, reception closes at 10pm & so does check-in technically. But that's part of the whole deal I guess. As Londoner's, we're so used to 24-hour instant gratification that perhaps, we needed to come to somewhere like this.
