This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Very convenient if you have a car, to access Como and Bellagio areas. I wish we had more time to enjoyed the spa, pool and gorgeous gardens. The breakfast buffet was delish. I definitely recommend this beautiful resort ❤️

Incredibly rude staff. I speak Italian well and understand Italian extremely well yet the staff insisted on speaking English to me even though I spoke Italian to them. Do they not underlie care how rude this is?
