Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
First off I will like to say communication was horrible .The place was very dirty dead animals was spread over the floors , and also around the bathroom area. The smell of the house was disgusting the room was dirty it seem like the house wasnt clean in months .PLEASE DONT STAY HERE ! The pool wasn't clean at all u can see other people foot prints in the water . The bathroom showers was very low .The house keeper only came on our last stay . There wasn't any clean sheets to change the bed. The smell of the house was so bad as soon as we walk in the odor hit us. Bad Bad advertisement. Half of my vacation I slept with family at windjammer
