From the moment of arrival, the reception was warm and welcoming. This modern and stylish hotel, conveniently located near Groningen city centre, offers a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The excellent breakfast, complemented by great coffee, made for a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Despite requesting it twice the housekeeping didn’t refill the toiletries ( no shower gel) during the 3 night stay (or the coffee etc) Floor was not vacuumed in the room. Reception staff were helpful and positive but seems information was not getting to house keeping . Location good and restaurant staff friendly - great food. Good location but felt halls/ doors/ room etc could have been better maintained.

The hotel was full of college students that live there full time. This didn’t bother me, but it did add a level of noise in the common areas. The restaurant was a nice place to grab a meal.

good location (though Groningen is so small most locations are good). Staff friendly, but rooms were not clean at all. found lipstick stains on the bed, and big black hairs in the sheets. Would not recommend.

Definitely a good choice in Groningen

Excellent choice and interesting concept just over canal from centrum. Well thought out. Excellentb breakfast buffet the day we ate in. Originally geared for students but now has guests of all ages. Nothing student or hostel about the faccilities or staff. Good wifi. Good mattresses. AC, which is only helpful in a brief timeframe this far north but we appreciated having it that stay. The rooms have excellent sound proofing.

It was quite far away from Groningen train station (around 25 mins walk), but the bus service was convenient. The room was clean. However, the toilet lid was broken and couldn't be fixed despite the front desk was informed. As compensation, I was offered complimentary breakfast which offered a wide variety of food and drink options.
