The rooms wefe especially impressive. The pool was loevly too! Breakfast great and staff friendly and efficient. Location was perfect for accsessing the Xmas markets, shops and museums as well as the botanical gardens. We walked there from Brussels midi train station and it was pretty much one attaight road. Our only xritisism was not having proper cups or spoons to make tea in the room but we are big tea drinkers!" The staff is amazing, next to none. They greeted us with heartfelt humor and showed a lot patience for long travelers The room was impeccable, with an excellent shower. Although a stone throw away from the train station, we did not hear a single train noise. The location next to the midi station is a hub to access all of Brussels and Europe at large in a convenient way. This hotel is my new home in Europe, I wish I could invest! I want to reiterate the great staff, especially the front desk and the cleaners who always put the guests first. This is VIP treatment at mainstreet prices. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!"
