Die Wohnung 3 im Wiesengrund ist eine neuwertige und modern ausgestattete Wohnung mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten (ideal für Hundebesitzer). Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt und hat die passende Größe, sodass man sich nicht beengt fühlt. Der ganze Komplex ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Anlage insgesamt sehr ruhig. Aldi und Rewe sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso der Strand. Den Hundestrand erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten. Die schöne Strandpromenade mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants lädt zum Verweilen ein.
