Renovated in 2024 A country-style living room with sofa bed (pulled out with a lying area of 1.80 \* 2.00 m), LCD TV 32 inches, DVD player, radio, fitted kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, high chair , Travel cot, modern shower room with window, separate bedroom with a double bed (1,60 \* 2,00 m), parking space directly in front of the door, ca 45 square meter south-facing terrace with hammock, Non smoking apartment, no pets, only 150 meters to the beach. For cozy evenings in the colder months, we have a small book and DVD collection provided. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The house is located directly behind the dike only about 150 m from the beach. The apartment was acquired by us in 2012 and has subsequently been completely renovated and newly furnished. The terrace available for sole use is not visible and seated. Es könnte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung im Ganzen o.k. Die Matratzen waren fest, was für mich das Wichtigste ist. Schlecht schlafen im Urlaub auf durchhängenden Matratzen ist eine Qual. Deshalb war ich mit der Wohnung im allgemeinen zufrieden. Es fehlt an Standardsachen - die mittlerweile dazugehören z.B. ein Föhn oder ein paar Putzmittel für Herdplatte und Toilette. Es muss alles mitgebracht werden. Für ein paar Tage würde ich die Wohnung für mich aber trotzdem wieder nehmen, da ich jetzt weiß, was fehlt. Ein Orientierungsordner mit einer netten Begrüßung würde auch nicht schaden ;-). Zumindest nicht mit anderen Anbietern. Bei den Grömitzer Wohnungen sprach für uns einiges für dieses Objekt, unter anderem die Nähe zum Strand. Beschreibungen von FeWo versprechen meist viel, die Bilder sehen fast immer toll aus, aber was einen erwartet, ist oft etwas anderes. Nicht so hier! Beschreibungen sind realistisch, Fotos geben nur wieder, was man vorfindet, und alles ist auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Küchenaustattung ist nicht etwa das alte Messer von hier und drei Teller von dort, nein auch hier ist alles aus "einem Guss" und in hoher Qualität. Da macht Kochen Spaß! Obwohl das nicht nötig ist, denn Grömitz hat eine grosse Auswahl an Restaurants, und einige sind auch sehr, sehr gut. Der Parkplatz war im Oktober/November nicht nötig, aber ist ein "Muss" in der Hochsaison. Bäcker und andere Geschäfte sind auch wirklich nah bei. Übergabe und Übernahme liefen absolut problemlos. Das einzige Problem, das sich aus unserem Urlaub ergab, ist: Wir haben nicht ausreichend Urlaub, um so oft wiederkommen zu können, wie wir es gerne möchten! Absolute Empfehlung! ##### Roland G. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist immer sehr nett und die Buchungsabwicklung ist vorbildlich. Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Terrasse läd zum entspannen nach langen Spaziergängen ein. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt hinter dem Deich könnte besser nicht sein. Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Von der Ausstattung her fehlt es an nichts und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend. So wurden bspw. vor unserem letzten Besuch die Matratzen ausgetauscht, über die wir uns beim vorhergehenden Besuch beschwert hatten. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist jedoch ihre Lage. Sie liegt fast direkt hinter dem Deich, man benötigt kaum 5 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. In der Höhe der Ferienwohnung liegen dann auch gleich das tolle Fischrestaurant Falkenthal und unser Lieblingscafé Torks. Wir kommen wieder! ##### Frank E. Schon allein die Lage der Wohnung ist genial: Durch die Nähe zum Strand konnten wir unsere Kinder ohne Bedenken auch mal allein an den Strand gehen lassen, wo eigentlich immer irgendwelche Aktivitäten angeboten wurden. Auch zum Zentrum mit Supermarkt, Restaurants, Shops usw. ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt in jedem Raum ausreichend Platz seine Sachen unterzubringen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Noch ein Highlight ist die Terrasse, die mit Gartenmöbeln und einer tollen, großen Hängematte ausgestattet ist. Also wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
