Schöner Aufenthalt
Sehr familienfreundlich und unkompliziert. Herr Kuschka ist die treue Seele dieses Hauses. Hat am ersten Tag einen Plaumenkuchen runter gebracht und unserem Enkel eine Pluschfigur. Wohnung renoviert und sauber. Perfekt für zwei Erwachsene, unser 6 jähriger Enkel konnte aber gut auf dem Sofa schlafen (haben ihn zuerst im Schlafzimmer einschlafen lassen und dann ins Wohnzimmer getragen). Wohnzimmer kann nicht abgedunkelt werden, hat aber nicht gestört. Kleine Küche modern und komplett ausgestattet. Wir habenden sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, ca. 8 Gehminuten zum Strand Nähe des Riesenrades. Grömitz hat viel neu gebaut und erweitert, seit wir vor 20 Jahren das letzte Mal da waren, ohne steril oder überbordet zu wirken. Kommen gerne wieder…

Wir sind mit unserer kleinen Tochter angereist und hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage vor Ort. An der Wohnung hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Kleines Schmuckstück an der Ostsee
Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in einer kleinen schnuckeligen Ferienwohnung in der Nähe der Ostsee geniessen. Da wir super schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir auch die Terrasse benutzen. Es fehlte Drinnen und Draussen an nichts. Ein Verwalter ist vor Ort, die GUTE SEELE im Haus. Durch seine Fürsorge mit Tips für Veranstaltungen und Unternehmungen in der Gegend, der einen auch mal mit Brötchen versorgt, macht er den Urlaub zu einem grossen Vergnügen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung geeignet für Gehbehinderte
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Herr Kuschka war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist geeignet für gehbehinderte Personen . Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Toller Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war total schön und die Betreuung vor Ort echt super. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und die kleine Terrasse hinten schön ruhig und privat gelegen. Fußweg zum Strand nur 7 min und mit dem Fahrrad 2-3 min. Wetter war leider nicht so wie erhofft, aber das lag ja nicht an der Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perle in Sackgassenlage
Für uns war dies die perfekte Ferienwohnung. Wir reisten mit unserer 2-jährigen Tochter und wollten Ruhe und Entspannung genießen. Dank der Sackgassenlage war dies möglich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten alles, was wir mit oder für die Kleine brauchten. Unser Urlaub war dank dieser tollen Ferienwohnung sehr gelungen.
