I was very disappointed that my rooms were in the basement. I couldn’t see the outside view well, and every time we came back at night, we felt scared. I wasn’t able to see the room or building conditions before making the reservation. If I had known it was a basement room, I wouldn't have chosen it. However, the receptionist was very nice and friendly.

Clean, spacious space in an ideal location if you are planning summer adventures. Very close to the train station (but still peaceful and quiet). Host was not very responsive through the Expedia portal but friendly and helpful in person and via email. Grindelwald is extremely touristy - this property is close enough to be convenient, but just outside the fray of the daytime herd of tourists.

Grindelwald is excellent. The apartment very comfortable with everything necessary and in very good condition. Wake up in the morning and when you open the windows there is no more beautiful view than what you are looking at . I recommend 100%

Had a terrible experience. You must leave keys at the property. Collecting keys from the office post box is inconvenient specially for arrivals in the late evening. On an seperate note, Agnes was very helpful.
