Just perfect

We stayed in this wonderful home recently with friends and loved it. The views from our bedroom and from the first floor veranda was breathtaking. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, even though it was a very short drive into town. Kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and plenty of room for us to hang out together. There are 2 full bathrooms but one is on the first floor and not with the bedrooms upstairs. Overall we highly recommend staying in this home!

Beautiful

Spent 6 days in Grindelwald exploring the mountains and valley. Great views of the Eiger and valley. Stocked with needed elements of soaps, coffee and other amenities. Close to bus line if traveling without car.

Incredible views!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Apt Stahli. We liked that it was outside the busy downtown area, so it was quiet but still accessible to everything, and the views were incredible. The apt itself had everything we needed once we figured out how to use the laundry machines and get enough hot water. Sleeping in the Alps with the windows open can’t be beat!

Stay of a Lifetime!

With unparalleled views of the Eiger, this place was the stay of a lifetime. Very close to the terminal for the Eiger Express gondola. A bit tricky to find the first time but no problems after that.

1) Bathrooms has no locks 2) no lights in outside veranda - outside sitting place 3) outside Staircase has a wooden wall projection which can hit on the head If these things are taken care off its a wonderful place to spend vacation

Spacious apartment with great views

It’s spacious and it has great Mountain View’s. But, it’s difficult to reach without a car for its steep terrain. Warm water supply disappears for half a day after one or two showers. Glass sunroof in the bedroom makes it difficult to sleep in early morning during late spring, summer or autumn. Non-refundable payment is required much in advance. Online checkin process is somewhat complicated. It follows strict rules in keeping the apartment clean, while it isn’t itself in perfect condition.

Fantastic Views

A great Chalet just a short walk from Grindelwald centre with a magnificent view of the Eiger. A couple of small criticisms: The bed in the main bedroom was very hard and there were too few pillows. We also found the television very complicated and failed to get it to work during our stay.

good, could be better

nice apartment. some things good be better. -The matrasses are old and half of us woke up with back pain. The sleeping sofa in the living room is old and bad quality. -Warm water comes from a boiler, and is not suffient for 5 people to shower in the morning. reheating takes way too long. -Getting to the bus is a steep walk and takes 7-10 minutes. -only one prepaid garbage bag is provided. Just enough toilet paper. -key pickup is far away +beautiful view +well equiped kitchen and wassing area.

Viaje con mis padres. Han quedado maravillados con la casa. Muy bonita, limpísimo, grande y las vistas inmejorables. Finales de septiembre y hemos comido en la terraza casi todos los días. Las habitaciones amplias y las camas muy buenas. Al lado de Grindelwald Terminal.

Vreselijk krakend 2pers bed Matras was hard en dun Kussens bijna geen vulling in Bed was vreselijk laag met houten rand Dakraam was zonder verduistering dus vroeg wakker Vloer was erg stoffig Salontafel woonkamer glasplaat was groter dan de tafel zelf waardoor we meerder keren onze knie hebben gestoten. Dit was best pijnlijk Tafel was best ook verouderd wieltjes waren helemaal verteerd

schöne Wohnung, lange Wege

Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, die Einrichtung passend, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Leider braucht man für alle Besorgungen das Auto oder nimmt einen längeren Marsch in Kauf. Auch die Talstation ist recht weit ohne Ski-Bus Anbindung. Aber wenn man sich organisiert, ist es eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Tolle Aussicht

Tolle Aussicht, Schöne Wohnung, zum Einkaufen zu Fuß etwas beschwerlich, Betten und Kissen zu billig, Schlafcouch sehr unbequem, schlecht geputzt, man braucht die ganze Woche kein Auto, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
