  • The “Weitblick Unterdeck Vacation Rental” was newly built in 2025, measures approximately 55 square meters, and offers everything couples or singles could want for a relaxing vacation. It is part of a single-family home with a granny flat in the tranquil, quiet little village of Hoikendorf, nestled amid the idyllic rolling hills of northwestern Mecklenburg, not far from Grevesmühlen, Wismar, and Boltenhagen. The vacation rental, which is tastefully and high-quality furnished and equipped, is located in the basement of the house, similar to a sublevel apartment. The vacation apartment offers the ideal setting to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of typical vacation destinations. The Baltic Sea beach, approximately 4 km away, is easily accessible by bike. The cities of Schwerin, Rostock, and Lübeck are also within a one-hour drive for sightseeing or a shopping trip. The vacation rental is reserved exclusively for vacation guests and is expressly not intended as accommodation for work assignments.

Wir waren ein paar Tage an der Ostsee und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um eine helle Souterrainwohnung im Keller, die durch ihre geschmackvolle Einrichtung und gemütliche Atmosphäre sofort zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass die Wohnung wirklich voll ausgestattet ist – es hat an nichts gefehlt.Durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Gleichzeitig war die Ostsee zu sehen ;) und schnell mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, gerade für Fahrradtouren.Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben.
