A brand-new apartment in the heart of Chianti, just a few metres from the famous Piazza Giacomo Matteotti



This apartment has been recently renovated with meticulous attention to detail, with one aim in mind: to ensure your comfort



In addition to its central location and refined style, the real added bonus is the splendid terrace. Comfortable sofas and a beautiful hot tub (open from April to mid-October). Use of the hot tub is available on request and incurs an additional daily charge of €30.



The Space:

We have two separate apartments connected internally by a sliding door.



We have 2 kitchens, 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds, 1 small bedroom with two bunk beds, 3 bathrooms, and, best of all, a large, magnificent outdoor terrace with two relaxation areas featuring comfortable sofas and a wonderful hot tub.



Guest Access:

Here at Charming Apartments, we’re always on hand to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you’ll be able to access the apartment entirely independently thanks to our self-check-in service, which allows you to upload your ID documents and sign the contract online via our platform quickly and easily.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub is available from 20 September to 20 April (during the colder months) at an additional cost of €30 per day, as the water needs to be kept at a warm temperature, which incurs an extra charge.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
