De woning ligt in een prachtig gebied op een mooie locatie. De woning zelf viel tegen vanwege de slechte staat (lekkages, schimmel in de badkamers). Ook zijn de matrassen erg oud, er zit duidelijk een ligprofiel in wat het oncomfortabel maakt. Keukengerei is spaarzaam, geen kussens op stoelen buiten of bij zwembad, WiFi alleen op terras bij huisje goed bereik. Bedden niet fantastisch.
