"From entering The Imperial Hotel Cork, anyone could see it was beautifully maintained, from the elegant staircase, to the cleanliness of the communal areas and the bedrooms. Everything was clearly considered. Iron and ironboard, a powerful hairdryer, tea and coffee making items and a safe. Staff were welcoming and helpful from reception/ front of house, to restaurant, to house keeping, lovely people. This was our first stay, it will not be our last. Well done everyone."

"This is an older Hotel with a nice charm and history to it. Its in a great location. Great safe, free parking on street outside. Staff are excellent, responsive, friendly and take iniative to help you have a good experience. Lift is small and access into the hotel for wheel chair or childs buggy is difficult/ almost impossible...big steps at entrance & no ramp. This is a weak point. Food in hotel is good. Good chef. Water in showerwas not constant hot, would move to just warm quickly. But overall we enjoyed our stay. I think their staff is their biggest assesst. I had my 10mth old baby with me and they were so helpful"
