  • PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! This was recently our personal residence & we left it feeling like home for you! Freshly painted and new furniture throughout! Downstairs is the living/dining area, front/back patios & 1/2 bath. Upstairs is the bedroom w/ vaulted ceiling, king bed, big smart tv, full bathroom, & laundry in the hall. *This can also be rented as a 2 bedroom.

Wonderful stay

My mom and I had a great time exploring Greenville. The property is ideally located, within walking distance of the park, downtown and west end area. Would stay there again.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property in the most convenient location. Great cycling and walking with access to everything Greenville offers right out the front door. We’ll be back!

Perfect spot

This place was easy walking distance to downtown, literally half the distance we expected. We rode our bikes from the front door to the Swamp Rabbit access trail in minutes, and it was a great ride. The unit itself was great! So very interesting and homey, it was a brief stay but will become a destination in the future.

Awesome townhouse a block or so from all the downtown action. Location couldn't be better. The house is clean and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The area feels safe and quiet. The best part was the super responsive communication with the owner. I'll be staying here every time I go to Greenville. A

Being at the entrance to Fall on Reedy park was so convenient. We were able to walk all over downtown Greenville. And after all the walking it was so nice having the townhouse so close by. It was a top end rental for sure. Very nice kitchen even though we never cooked(too many good restaurants within walking distance. Nice dining area and very comfortable living area with a huge sectional sofa. Huge bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable bed. Lots of closet space. Washer and dryer in the hallway everything decorated so nice and really neat artwork. Hunter was very responsive before our arrival and everything was just perfect during our stay. Nice notebook with all house instructions, places to eat and things to do. Greenville is a neat town and this townhouse let us experience it fully. Perfect location. Thank you
