On the day of our reservation the owner called and canceled stating he didn't know about the booking and that it should have been blocked out. Arrived in Denver called owner to find out details, Owner told me that he was going to contact me but didn't. Owner told me that instead of a 4 bedroom home to rent I will only get only 3\. He let previous guest sign up for another month. To my horror who does that. My family would have to share a house with someone we didn't know. Owner said he can't ask the other guest to leave. I called VRBO and owner agreed to give me back my total rental fee and of course I had to rush and look for another house and paid more than I wanted to. This was a nightmare that came true.
