We recently stayed at this villa for two weeks, great choice.
Lefki and Yanis could not be more helpful, the villa is literally 5 minutes stroll to the beach, and in the other direction you have a choice of two mini supermarkets.
The villa is very well maintained, including pool and gardens.
Some tips from our experience:
- Don't pay 20 Euro for the parasols on Zorba's beach, you can buy a parasol for 7.5 Euro in the mini supermarkets, the price these guys charge is a well known rip-off!
- Sadly, the quality of restaurants are a bit to be desired, best one is Almyriki, bit pricey, but when you try the others you'll understand why
- One restaurant to steer clear of is Zorbas Taverna, it was dreadful, but great if you like to be swamped by dozens of stray cats
- For reacl choice in restaurants visit Chania, go to the harbour, masses of choice and lots of shops
We will definately make Crete a destination, from hereon.
Once again, this villa ticks all the boxes, you will be making a good choice if you have a family of four, and if larger family then ask Lefki about the seperate aprtment adjoining the property, we also booked this as we have older daughter who had a friend join us
