Relaxing holiday in luxury villa
This newly built villa (only 2 years old) is the best we have stayed in during our visits to various Greek islands over the years. The view from the upstairs bedroom and terrace are amazing! The villa is fully equipped with air con, wifi, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and glasses and coffee machine), sitting area, TV and two bedrooms each with own bathrooms. All you could wish for an much more - including a fridge full of water, some basic food items and even a complementary bottle of ouzo from the owners! The garden and pool are beautiful and the villa is set in a quiet location surrounded by olive groves. There are a few tavernas within walking distance, serving lovely food at reasonable rates, more than enough to eat very well during our stay. There is also a small shop nearby. Walk a little further and you'll find a bakery, more tavernas and beautiful beaches (including Banana Beach with it's water sports). Would definitely recommend staying in either one of the 3 Oceanids villas in this location if you like a quiet relaxing holiday. If you want to explore the island more there is a limited bus service, or hire a car. The booking via Vrbo was easy and Valia and the Think Villa team (booking agents) were very helpful and fantastic at keeping in touch. We hope that we'll be able to return and stay here again.
