We would like to thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay with us. We appreciate constructive feedback and take our guests opinion seriously. We disagree with your viewpoint that our hotel offers no quality and hospitality and that is clearly shown in the many positive reviews we have received throughout the years and by the high number of loyal guests who gladly return to our hotel year after year. Our internet connection is delivered via cloud captive portal which provides our guests with increased security. The delivered bandwidth is on demand for each guest offering reliable and fast connection. The restaurant staff is instructed to keep dressing code policies by noting to guests what is and what is not permitted during meal times. Moreover, all staff observes and respects guest’s privacy and we do have guest service at the front desk 24 hours a day where guests can call or physically inform the front desk of any occurrence. The swimming pool is 65 m2 and due to the fact that we are a boutique hotel, this has proved to be a very satisfactory size and it is cleaned on a daily basis. As in most hotels around the world, check out time is 12:00 noon unless otherwise stated. On the registration form, which you signed during your check in, it was clearly written that check out time was 12:00 noon. We do, however, have a late check out policy given upon availability. The fact that you did not request a late check out meant to us that it was not needed and upon seeing you going out from the hotel, we had to advice you of the above policy. The hotel assistant manager simply reminded you of check out time and tried to inform you of the hotel’s policy and possible arrangements. Her behavior was by no means impolite and after, professionally, explaining you the situation, she also informed you that you could keep the room till 13:00O.
