Lovely stay

We had a lovely 2 night stay. We had a swim up room which was very nice. Room clean, bedding smelt very fresh. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was very much the same but something for everyone. Kids loved the water park. My only downside is there wasn't any Aircon in the ajoining room with the 2 single beds and it did get rather hot in there at night. Very close to the airport and you can see planes land and take off.

The resort itself has a lot of potential, but the food is really disappointing. Every day the buffet is exactly the same, with very little variation and poor quality. This is a shame, especially considering the supposed experience of manager Jason at the à la carte restaurants. Despite promises to improve, nothing was done about it.

Nice hotel, average rooms.

The hotel is nice, the pools are all nice and clean. The food is actually pretty good for an all inclusive. Lots of options. The rooms however are not great. We had a family suite and having a babies cot in the room just took up so much space that we could hardly move. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and creaky. Could hear noises coming from neighbours rooms. There wasn't even any shower gel in the room. A couple of other points to note, pools towels were not available without leaving a deposit which is a bit crap really. The shuttle bus to the beach stopped running for a couple of days. Overall this is a nice all inclusive but some the rooms could do with upgrading.

Was lucky to have a nice clean room, others in my party had dismal tired family room. Overall cleanliness of hotel outdoors was grubby, outside bar and around food serving areas sticky underfoot with spillages. Food was adequate, variations of same food every day in the restaurant boring so ate out 3 times for variety. Some staff could be off hand and unhelpful. Will not be revisiting.

Hold dig væk

Stedet er desværre rimelig slidt og beskidt. Personalet er ikke serviceminded overhovedet. De eneste der kom tæt på Var dem der arbejdede i restauranten. Maden er så dårlig at det simpelthen er lige til at blive syg af. 2/2 børn fik ørebetændelse af poolen.

Amazing pool facilities for children and a variety of pools for everyone to choose from. Plenty of bars as well. Our room was very large and very clean but the bathroom needed upgrading. Other rooms in the hotel had newer bathrooms which were far better than ours. Also, we found the bed very uncomfortable. Food was very average.
