Location - everything you need is within walking distance.
Spa/Leisure centre - good facilities, we only used the pool which was the main attraction for the kids, nice and warm and appeared clean.
We were in a family room with two double beds, it was very spacious which was handy with a 2 & 4 year old and a newborn. Decor however was very dated, carpets were stained, there were two empty beer cans sitting behind the tv and this all left you wondering exactly how clean the room was.
We looked at having breakfast in the morning however at £16.95 a head for a scottish breakfast we decided we would rather starve! How they think that cost is justified baffles me.
Parking was another 'issue' i had. £7 a day parking charge, i understand its city centre so some would say its reasonable, i personally just think if you are paying to stay in a hotel then free parking should be included.
