"So very welcoming and friendly , excellent customer service . Superb choice of breakfast and cooked to perfection. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was also of a very high standard. Our sea view room on the first floor was very clean and it was great to have a small fridge included.The only very small negative which did not spoil our stay , if you are on the first floor you may hear other customers walking about in their room from the floor above ."

"What a wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay over looking a large lake. Our room was great, comfy bed and had its own sitting room so plenty of space to relax. The staff were so friendly and I really felt nothing would have been too much to if we asked. We didn't book a table for the evening but they made sure one was free for us. We are already planning on going back."

"Full equipped kitchen great owner and manager very respectful just strict on smoking outside the property entrance strangely and £500 fine on a public pathway which makes no sense However I had the greatest stay with a. Fair few friends of which owner let me upgrade my room for a good price early morning so me and friends could sleep as I ended up having 2/3 more people stay than expected Very understanding people and quick to help us out when it was needed Will be staying again and for that price a night you honestly couldn’t go wrong a whole studio flat with a great hot shower rainfall and shower head! Only issue was they could have used the same if not differnt shampoo/conditioner and could also have checked the cleanness of the towels that were used in both rooms as I found them to have stains and be fairly dirty for use, but this was the least of my problems the staff more than made up for it especially Richard and Mo- Hamid Thank you I will be booking again in the future!"

"Excellent stay here, the staff were very accommodating, Espically to my young children. Excellent position on the seafront and a short walk to amenities. The room itself was very clean, warm and cosy. I really appreciated the call, from Paul, earlier in the day to say we could arrive early, it was snowing so we appreciated the warm cosy room. I was told the chef was unwell but having breakfast you would not know it. The hotel catered for all vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs. A real gem of a find, you can feel it is a family run establishment with a lot of love goes into creating a cosy environment for their guests. Thank you very much, we would love to return 💚"
