"This is my second visit to the hotel. Special place. Unique and pretty. Two things would be great. There should be grab bars in showers for older and handicapped folks. My mom struggled. Also the step down to the pool from the hall across from the bar is very dangerous. There needs to be a flourescent strip at the bottom of the step. We almost fell every time. The grounds are gorgeous and everyone was delightful."

"they had hidden chargers daily fee called a destination fee said it was because i booked online with hotels.com the pool, was dirty green not clean there was commination issues were the front desk lied or hid behind as English was a 2nd language the rooom window was dirty crusted over couldnt see out"

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."
