Room on first floor was good for a short stay. Was right next to the road, so you heard cars blaring their radios. Quieted down after 11pm. Overall good hotel if you don't mind the hotel. Very close to Bourbon St and in the French Quarter. Good location

There was a bad, stale smell in the unit. Sofa fabric was not clean. It appeared that the is minimum cleaning performed between tenants. Biggest plus was location. Will not be staying here again.
