"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. "Gary and Linda were exceptional! My kids and I felt right at home. The rental was clean and had everything I needed to cook 3 meals a day. The couch was super comfortable, as was the bed. The rental was very cozy, and we would love to come back, preferably when the weather isn't so crazy. Ha. "Elevators are not hanging good maintenance and also sometimes shaky or wiggle and in the bathroom and over all floor wooden flanks are giving sounds and they literally loose"

"Our stay was great. I did call to let them know we would be arriving later than the 4 pm check in. The gentleman was great and let me know there would be no issue as they hold rooms until the early hours of the morning. After our family celebration we headed to the hotel, check in was smooth, he let us know the hours of the breakfast buffet, and asked if we needed the airport shuttle. In less than 5 minutes from walking through the door we were in our room relaxing. Room was clean, had a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the options on the breakfast buffet, check out went smooth as well. We would stay here again."

"Checking in, staff said couldn’t find reservations and basically walked away and left us standing there after we showed them the reservation, receipt of payment and itinerary number. Thankfully a manager happened walk up, heard our frustration and found the reservation immediately. We had traveled from Texas to New York so we were fairly panicked. After the manager got us set up everything went smoothly. The hotel lobby is beautiful."
