Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto

"Daughter & I on a girl trip, convenient location for concert at Sobeys. Enjoyed a very nice large room & view. Great shower! Free complimentary parking, with lots of space. Great breakfast via room service, played a bit at casino & wonderful dinner at two different of the on-site restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The only complaint we had, was there is a strike going on and the security team was blocking the entrances. Earlier in day we had gone site seeing in Toronto & upon our return found out about strike. We sat out in front of the hotel for over two hours because they were only letting one car in every 15 minutes. Lots of angry folks, one car even tried to run the barricade! Unfortunately the hotel did not email or notify us ahead of time to expect the long delay otherwise I may have made a different choice for transportation. However when I brought this to the front desks attention (I am usually not a complainer !) they were very apologetic & did give us a complementary food credit which was appreciated! And we used it to treat ourselves to the room service for breakfast. All in all great time, plan to come back with husband in future."
