The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. "We have traveled to Seaside 1-2 times per year for the last 13 years and this property has been our favorite place so far! The architecture is super interesting and the location to the heart of Seaside was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated access to bikes. The 2 queen mattresses weren't our favorite, but I still give the property 5 stars for all the wonderful features. We'll be back!"

"Our recent stay at "Eastside Wave" at Greyson Beach was absolutely phenomenal, especially for our group of three families. Finding a vacation home that comfortably sleeps and houses three families can be tricky, but this house delivered! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the number of comfortable beds meant no one had to sacrifice a good night's sleep. The location is unparalleled. The gorgeous, amazing white-sand beach is literally right across the road, making daily trips seamless. The sunsets were incredible and became the highlight of our evenings. The property felt like our own private oasis—it was quiet, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The amenities inside and out were perfect. The kitchen was thoughtfully set up with absolutely everything we needed, making cooking for a crowd easy. The grill was awesome and got a workout every night! Of course, the kids absolutely loved the pool, which provided hours of entertainment when we weren't at the ocean. We had the best experience possible. We will definitely be back and are already planning to make this an annual trip. Highly recommend "Eastside Wave"!"
