    This fully furnished 2-bedroom duplex offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful, country setting, it’s just minutes from ZF, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, and more. The home comes complete with sheets, towels, dishes, internet, cable, washer, dryer, and more. Enjoy easy access to 385 and Simpsonville. Book now before it's gone! Discounted rates for extended stays, and weekly cleaning is available upon request (*pricing upon inquiry).



    Other Things to Note:

    - No parties or events of any kind.

    - No additional guest! Number of guest must be disclosed to owner at the time of booking and any changes must be approved prior to the day of check-in.

    - Number of vehicles that will be onsite during the entire stay must be disclosed to owner.

    - No Grills allowed

    - No Fires or bonfire on the property

    - Be respectful of quite hours 9pm-9am

    - No smoking on property. Must smoke 15 feet away from home and dispose of trash properly.
