In the heart of a sought-after Provençal village, the Van Gogh apartment (80 m2) is located on the 1st floor of an old building that was a Priory in the 18th century, then a silkworm farm (a former silk-producing establishment), and finally a manor house with its outbuildings, gradually converted into living spaces.
Nestled in the foliage of four majestic plane trees, and enhanced by a lush park (3500 m2) planted with various tree species With its diverse trees (poplar, fig, mulberry, laurel, olive, cypress, etc.) and a spacious swimming pool, this characterful residence, steeped in history, exudes profound serenity. Completely renovated in 2022, the Van Gogh apartment offers high-quality amenities: featuring elegant and refined decor, a brand-new and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub opening onto a flower garden, tall double-glazed windows, pleasant parquet flooring, and subtle wall colors, the apartment can accommodate 5 people. Bright and spacious, its four tall pointed-arch windows offer a spectacular view of the park's plane trees and the swimming pool, partially hidden by greenery. To the north, three windows overlook gardens and a beautiful bed of oleanders.
