Tolle Lage in gemütlicher Wohnung

Resumee: Gerne wieder! Gemütliche Ausstattung, neues Bad, gutes Bett, toll ausgestattete Küche (haben fast jeden Tag selber frisch eingekaufte Lebensmittel gekocht). 5 Min zum See, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, Lebensmittel im kleinen Supermarkt vor Ort, sonst an der Uferpromenade am See entlang 3500 Schritte /Weg hinlaufen. Heizung, WLAN prima.

Zentrale, gemütliche Fetienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit geeignet. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben täglich auf der Terrasse gegessen und den Ausblick auf den Comer See genossen. In max5 Min ist man zu Fuß an der Promenade, mit Restaurants, Eiscafé und kleinem Supermarkt sowie Badebucht. Per Fähre oder Bus ist man auch ohne Auto schnell in den Nachbarorten oder auf der anderen Seeseite. Auch für kleine Wandertouren ist Gravedona ein guter Ausgangspu…

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben die Betten/Matratzen als sehr angenehm empfunden. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Verkehr ist kein Problem. Allerdings sind bei den Jugendlichen dort offensichtlich zurzeit Enduros sehr beliebt und werden bis in die Nacht „aufgedreht“, was uns etwas genervt hat. Dafür ist der Ort wirklich sehr schön und das Appartement nicht weit vom See, Restaurants, dem Bootsanleger usw. entfernt

Die Einnahmen für nicht notwendige/nicht benötigte Heizung und Kimageräte dürfen gerne in ein besseres und stabileres Bett investiert werden. Klimaanlage hat am Tag 10 Euro gekostet im Vertrag steht 6 Euro . Wir kommen nicht wieder...

Kleines freistehendes Haus. Für 2 Personen voll ausreichend. Küche gut ausgestattet. Fantastischer Blick auf den Comersee. Der Vermieter spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Alles (Restaurant, Geschäfte) gut erreichbar. Wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen .

Sehr nettes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen in zentraler Lage. Kurze Wege zu Seepromenade und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dafür eben etwas umtriebiger als am Ortsrand. Hat uns nicht gestört.Der Sohn der Besitzerin wohnt nebenan, spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das kleine Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen ....entsprach dem Angebot auf jeden Fall....Es war alles da was man so braucht....Für 2 Personen total ausreichend....Sehr zentral ....Alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ...Bäcker.....See.....Cafebar....Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen....Die Wendeltreppe innerhalb der Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig......und Autos hört man halt auch.....Zentrale Lage.....uns hat es nicht gestört..... Reisetipps: In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Orte zu entdecken......Auch in Richtung Berge......Sehr abwechslungsreich
