"Quiet location, nearby shops and activities."

"The check in took a while as rooms were not ready. But once we received our room key we were surprised at the size of our room. Comfy bed, balcony and a huge bathroom. The access to the beach was great and we watched the sunrise on both days we were there. The property was busy but Shawn at the front desk was great and helpful. Overall a great relaxing stay - will be back."

"The property was beautiful! It would be nice to have a crockpot. Some of the the shower soap dispensers were nearly empty. We contacted the property manager and left a message. They never responded. We didn't find instructions on how to work the tvs. It was not very intuitive. It was chilly while we were here and keeping the house at 62 degrees was uncomfortably cold. We flew and could not bring additional blankets. You should provide them during cold weather."

"GREAT PLACE ALL AROUND!!! Our host definitely thought of everything!! We loved the location being on the water and watching the boats go by! The board games were wonderful for our family and the game room outside was amazing! So nice to have coffee provided! Very clean! Decorated beautiful. We will definitely be back and stay here again! Local meat market was wonderful. Marina restaurant was great!"

"Our stay was good! Great location, loved the gated community with golf course and the grocery store in walking distance. We loved also everyone had their own space to stretch out and of course the elevator. There were a few item that stuck out, one the couches and chaired needed to be cleaned, and bath rackets weren’t strong enough to hold the bath towels. No blender or crock pot and a few other items missing in the kitchen. Overall we were satisfied with our Thanksgiving week stay. "

"Beautiful new home with fully stocked kitchen and kid friendly plates & utensils. Pool at the house was chilly so would definitely purchase heat next time. Lots of stairs for the little ones (and the grandparents) but overall wonderful stay with a quick 5 min drive to beach access. Kids also loved the bigger neighborhood pool and playground! Construction near by for the other new homes going in didn’t bother us at all bc we were mostly gone all day and the kids loved watching the machines and trucks. "
