It’s nestled in a waterfront community that has has a fishing pier, walking trail, super friendly neighbors that live there year round, and has a very safe and relaxing feel to it. A short drive to the beach or to dinner, or you could spend your time on the covered deck watching the wildlife around the sound. The owner is A++.
