A clean huge room with two comfy beds. Not modern but has everything you need. Loved it.

IT WAS MORE DIFFICULT TO LOCATE THAN WE EXPECTED AND NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SUNAPEE. BUT IN A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION LOOKING OUT FROM THE TOP A A HILL ACROSS TO MT SUNAPEE.
EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND A VERY PEACEFUL PLACE.
THE SWIMMING POOL AREA NEEDED TO BE TIDIED UP AND THE POOL NEEDED A CLEAN.
