"Wonderful! Very clean, easy to access and convenient to all the shops and restaurants. They have a restaurant/bar downstairs…it was fantastic! Great drinks and small plates.

Darren's Place is a rustic secluded mountain home, with lots of space to roam.
10/10 Excellent
"My sister was visiting from Australia so I booked this place for us to have a girls weekend in the mountains. We could not have been happier! Perfect location - close to Grandfather mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock and plenty more. The house was wonderful. Great view of Grandfather mountain from the porch, plenty of space and incredibly well stocked. I will absolutely be back with my husband! "
Blue Ridge Vista - Seven Devils with big views, four levels, pool table, pets
10/10 Excellent
"We had an AMAZING weekend at Blue Ridge Vista celebrating my mom's 70th birthday! There were 10 of us (6 adults, 4 children) and my mom's cavapoo. Everyone raved about how perfect the house was and how nice it was to have so many levels (especially with the kids bunk room on the bottom!)From the moment you walk in, the view of the mountains off the back porch were breathtaking and we enjoyed having a glass of wine by the firepit (a VERY nice break from the 100 degree temps we were having in Charlotte at the time). The boys all loved playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub and the girls loved how well stocked the kitchen was as we cooked in both nights we were there.Communication with the owners was so easy and they were very accommodating. The only downside was that we had such a short stay - we're already looking at dates to come back and stay a bit longer.10/10 recommend!"
"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome, there were games upstairs for the kids. The disco ball was a hit along with the games. The property was easy to get to. Our trip was in the summer so no issues with snow. The hot tub was not usable during our stay due to some type of something floating in it, not exactly sure what. While that was a bummer, the rest of the house was great. Would stay again. "
Private Mountain Getaway with Amazing Views, Location, & Space
10/10 Excellent
"This house is a complete joy to stay in. The view is spectacular and the house is wonderfully set. Great kitchen and great sitting areas to relax. The weather was perfect for being outside and would certainly love to stay there again if we return to Banner Elk area. Could not have selected a more perfect place. "
"Our family had a lovely stay here and would DEFINITELY stay here again! The location is perfect between Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and Boone. The house is exactly like the photos. The view is beautiful. The owners were quickly responsive with any question i asked whether it was about groceries stores or best gem mining location. We made s'mores in their fire pit, relaxed in the hot tub, played Pac-Man (which I loved so much and watching my 3 & 6 year old try it too), hiked Otter Falls which was so close to the house, and got to see deer right outside. I will definitely be booking this place next summer for another lovely vacation away from the Florida heat. "

"Beautiful cabin with a great location and amenities. Perfect for a family get away. Well maintained and cozy. Management was very responsive to all questions. The road into the property is somewhat uneven, so AWD in bad weather is highly recommended! "
