Located just minutes from Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain Park and easy driving distance to Granby Ranch and Winter Park. It offers both convenience and stunning natural surroundings The home features an open-concept design with aspen woodwork, high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Guests can relax on the comfortable leather furniture and enjoy views of local wildlife, including moose and deer, right from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and the lodge includes modern amenities such as a 75" HDTV, high-speed WiFi, in-floor radiant heat and laundry facilities. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs, the master suite features an en-suite bathroom and a cozy loft living space that overlooks the main level. Experience the magic of Grand Lake at The Thompson Lodge. STR Permit #114494 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - Zero tolerance policy for parties. $1,000 fee if the police visit our home due to a neighborhood complaint. MINIMUM AGE - Every adult within the rental party must meet a minimum age requirement of 28 years, except when the guest(s) under the age of 28 are the offspring (son, daughter), nephew, niece, or are directly related by blood to one of the other adult members in the group. If your group includes any adults below the age of 28, please reach out to us for potential approval before booking. NO SMOKING - Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any substance in the property, or within 10 feet of a doorway. If smoke is detected or signs of smoking, there will be a $500 FINE. No exceptions. If you smoke outside, please extinguish cigarette thoroughly and place the butt in a can or bottle. Do not flick onto the property (wildfires are a serious problem here). FIRE PLACE - The fireplace is unavailable for guest use. NO PETS - No Emotional Support Animals are allowed, whether inside the home or on the premises. Please note that under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), emotional support animals do not qualify as Service Animals. If you possess a legitimate service animal, please inform us about your service animal as soon as your booking is confirmed so that we can make reasonable accommodations. The floorplan was fabulous (it would be a great house for a large group to stay). There were plenty of kitchen countertops to prepare meals. The house was clean and fully stocked with extra towels, pillows and blankets. The ceiling fans, along with opening the windows, kept the house plenty cool, even with above the average temperatures Colorado was experiencing. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, and still close enough to do lots of activities. A few days of fishing on Lake Granby and nearby Wolford Mt reservoir. There are also a lot of hiking trails in the area. And close enough to Grand Lake and Granby for dining. The house is spacious and the kitchen has everything we needed. Games and puzzles as well as a nice family room with a big TV. The beds are very comfortable. The wildlife was even a bit active as we saw some moose, deer, and a fox cone through the yard almost nightly. Our usual cabin was not taking bookings so we stayed here. So glad we did. There are plenty of sitting areas to sit and read or play games as a family. Nice area outside to play in the snow and practice our Texas style sledding. It truly was the best trip to Colorado we’ve had and we go every year. Thanks Thompson lodge! ##### Nidal P. Close enough to town, but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Beautiful peaceful surroundings, quality interior, fully equipped kitchen, most comfortable bed ever, great communications with property mgrs. complete information provided beforehand. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and we had a moose and deer visit us twice and those were the the times we saw them. Also bring in your hummingbird feeders at night or a little bandit raccoon will kindly tip them as he stands on the rail and drink them dry lol. Thank you Thompson Lodge. ##### Gina M.
