Spacious cabin with guest house between Shadow Mountain Lake and Lake Granby. Short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, which can take you into Estes Park in the summertime. Stillwater trailhead less than 3 miles away for endless snowmobile and ATV riding. Access to all the lakes for fishing, boating, and water skiing is at your fingertips. Walk to the Roadhouse Bar and Grill, or make the short 5 mile drive to the town of Grand Lake for dining out. Open concept kitchen/dining/family room with gas stove fireplace. Cabin has updated furniture, carpet, and high speed Internet to make for a comfortable, cozy stay. Large mud room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry in main house. Separate guest quarters with outside entry to additional 3 bedrooms; 2 with a shared bathroom and 1 with separate outside entry. This 2100 square foot cabin has 7 beds, with additional full size sofa sleeper in family room, small single futon in main bedroom, and twin floor mattress in bunk room. It was clean and comfortable. My grandsons really liked the chess set. There were two items that were broken before we got there. We get together every year and all decided this was the best trip ever. Scott and Joni were so wonderful as hosts. They made the stay so easy and answered questions very fast. The house is very well equipped with everything you need of you prefer to cook meals while traveling like we do. The house also has a very comfortable feeling and we really enjoyed our stay.
