The areas that could be improved includes the expectation where the neighborhood was under development with homes nearby and construction of new homes all around. I asked two days before arrival if it was possible for one of my family members, that was arriving hours earlier than those traveling by air, could check in early, but did not receive a reply until after we had all arrived.
