  • Enjoy a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome one mile from downtown Fruita. Built in 2018 with a spacious and open concept design. Views of the Colorado National Monument from the front and backyard. Two bedrooms with King beds and Casper mattresses. 3rd bedroom with bunkbed and trundle bed which also serves as a great playroom for children.
