Updated Downtown Bungalow Centrally Located

  • This 1897 historic home has been completely Updated and is centrally located to everything Grand Junction has to offer.

    Located on a corner lot in Downtown Grand Junction, this home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile to both Main Street and Colorado Mesa University. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

    What we love about our property is the character and charm that you experience upon immediate arrival. The home offers a open floor plan with 10' high ceilings, a ton of windows and natural light. With over 1300 square feet in size there is plenty of room for everyone with good spacing between the bedrooms.

    The large backyard is fenced and we added a wonderful pergola and fire pit with 2 large outdoor couches for day or night. The covered front porch is great in the morning or on raining afternoon.

    We also offer a 2 car garage if you need a secured area for storage while in town. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the home as well.

Such a great location! My family and I had such a fun time and this adorable bungalow made it even better! The entire house was clean and tidy, the kitchen spacious and well equipped! The bedrooms were great with comfortable beds and bedding. I loved the walk in showers that were in each bathroom. Perfect location, close to everything we needed! Thank you for a great place to stay!

This was a great home away from home while we were in Grand Junction. Great central location to CMU (visiting my daughter) and downtown. It had everything we needed, was very clean and owners were very responsive in answering our questions. Great space inside for hanging out and dinners. It also had a great outdoor area for enjoying the CO nights.

Everything was wonderful. We loved and used the outside patio area every night. I love how the house was decorated. The Master bed was the most comfortable bed that i have ever slept in. I hope to come back and stay there again

We were very impressed with this property. Normally we stay in a hotel for this annual trip, so we were pleasantly surprised with this house. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved the historic charm along with the modern amenities. We will be back again next year.

Really loved the neighborhood and the house! It was about a 1 mile pleasant walk to downtown on sidewalks. We could have walked to CMU football games. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed!

Adorable home, very clean and easy to access. We enjoyed our stay. My couple of comments would be: original hardwood is very loud and got some socks stuck (lol), more hand towels in bathrooms. We only got 1 each for our entire stay. A few more basics in kitchen would be helpful when traveling- olive oil for cooking, pizza pan & cutter, parchment paper or spray for pans. Overall, would recommend! Thank you!
