  • This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2200 sq. ft. home on .48 acre lot in a beautiful neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen and very nicely stocked and furnished. It also has an attached 2 car garage, awesome sun room and a fantastic screened in back patio. This is one of the nicest established neighborhoods in Grand Junction!
