Rood Roost: Budget Friendly, Spacious 3BR Near Downtown & Adventures.

  • Rood Roost is a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly upstairs retreat near downtown Grand Junction. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, cute boho décor, a 65-inch smart TV, and a small deck. Our affordable rate reflects an older home with older finishes and everyday wear, without fancy updates. Cooling is by swamp cooler, not central air. Upstairs rental only. Drug-free property: no recreational drugs, including marijuana, anywhere on the premises.

    Please Note:

    The home is located upstairs and requires climbing stairs.

    The laundry room is located downstairs in a common area and is shared with the downstairs tenant, and is coin-operated.

    The fenced yard is also a shared space.

    We are not onsite but close by. We leave you with plenty of towels, throws & pillows so you should be comfortable.

    If there is a reason that you need something additional we will do our best to accomodate you within an hour.

    We will communicate through the the App to ensure that you are settled, comfortable, and enjoying your stay.

    Please text when you are leaving on the day of checkout so we can get it cleaned quickly to accomodate our next guests.
