First of all the staff was 5⭐️+, second the place it’s exactly what you need nothing fancy but it’s exactly what you need like the beach, pool, bar and the restaurant.
Things I didn’t like I couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning of the room it was ok but I like my room really cold.
Second I didn’t like the food at all now that’s a personal choice but I didn’t like it at all, I would love to see more choices to pick.

Reservations for restaurants was misleading and difficult. Should be able to make reservations through your room tv. Plus you really didn’t need reservations except for 1 of the restaurants and they advertise you need to for 3 of the restaurants. The misleading of such caused me not to be able to experience a few of the restaurants

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

We had the most amazing experience staying at Delek. The staff is super friendly the hotel is a small charming beautiful atmosphere and the beach is like an endless pool.
The rooms are super clean with excellent decorative taste.
I would recommend everyone to experience Delek.

"We just had an okay time. The hotel is understaffed, they need more servers at the buffet and at the pool. It took a while to get our drinks. Pool seemed like it could be cleaned more. We stayed at atelier play Mujeres and secrets maroma and had a better time at those hotels."

"Did not meet expectations. When I got there requested a bigger room. The penthouse suite is what I got and they said that was the best room. Family that we traveled with got a family suite which would have been more suitable for my family’s needs. Did not like our room. Check in staff was not helpful ..."
