"Please bed had stains on cover the pillows were really thin no othe clean covers in room, the property has tash all around….. with strong smell of pee, the receptionist was rude to another tenant. A lot of people had to keep getting their keys, exchanged due to not properly working the receptionist double booked the room.i would not recommend "

"Staff wasn’t overly friendly, hotel was average. Clean, close to airport. Our room was right next to the highway so it was a bit noisy. For the price it did the job for a one night stay. "

"Hotel clean and well maintained. However our bathroom smelled like sewer water the entire time there. Calling and getting an airport shuttle was terrible. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone and then a 45 minute wait. Hotel is only 2 miles away. Also no pool towels and no one would answer when we called for some. The woman at the front desk was wonderful but handling everything by herself. Severely understaffed. "

"Getting to the hotel took a long time we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle. Morning was much better scheduled the shuttle and were the only ones on it. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, cleanliness was okay. "

"Easily mixed up with another Hyatt Place Cruise port. Shuttle from the airport is an extra fee. Shuttle to the cruise port is an extra fee as well. "
