About this property

GREAT DOWNTOWN LOCATION - 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and dining

  • This beautiful historic house has two bedrooms with one bathroom, a large covered front porch, and a fenced in back yard. There is a nice large living room with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, and large windows when you enter the front door, a bedroom on the right with two twin beds, a formal dining room with a dining table, and in the back left portion of the house is another bedroom with a queen bed and a large closet with built in shelving. Located in the back right of the house is the kitchen, equipped with anything you should need to cook or bake. Just behind the kitchen is the laundry/sun room that exits into the back yard. The laundry room has both a washer and a dryer and ample room for storage. The back yard has a nice flagstone patio. There is an old shed in the back as well, but is not included in the rental. Front porch has chairs and side table for you to relax and enjoy.

Close to downtown, Buffalo Park, Lowell Observatory and the Arizona Snowball. Home is comfortable and has so much character. Highly recommend this property if you want to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding sites.

Visited Flagstaff for a few days with our two teenage daughters and two dogs. The house is very clean, cozy and cute, and is in a great location for exploring Flagstaff. The fenced yard was great for our two dogs and despite rain, sleet and snow they were never very muddy. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful Historic home in downtown

Loved this little place so much! My husband two adult children and myself stayed for 3 nights. We loved the location. My kids were born and raised in Flagstaff. It is always bittersweet when we come for a visit. We were able to walk all over and see old friends. Home was comfortable, clean and perfectly appointed for a short term rental. Hope to return again for a longer stay!

I love this house and this neighborhood with its mature landscape. The back yard was so fun for my two small dogs, but watch your little dogs because there are a few escape routes. This is a very quiet, relaxing rental and the owners are very nice people.

The online photos of this place do not do it justice, it is very pretty and clean on the inside. The location is super close to downtown and a quick and safe walk. The yard out back was plenty big and full of grass for our dog to use. I cannot say enough great things about this property. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Awesome House in Great Flagstaff Neighborhood

This house was perfect for us - very comfortable, spotlessly clean, awesome front porch shaded by huge trees in the front yard. Nice grassy backyard for the dog, very comfortable beds and sofas, big beautiful bathroom with claw foot tub/shower, close to everything. Easy self check in. The house is much lovelier than the photos, highly recommend!!
